 Over the years of selling and showing homes, we’ve become to know that buyers buy on emotion.  For example; Buyers can look at a room of a home online and get a negative perception of the home and never want to see it inside.  Then why so many photos you may ask?  We use a cannon CLR wide angel camera to insure buyers see your home the way they would if they were standing in the room. We know that if there are no photos on the internet the buyers will look over your home.  In addition to the photos we take a video of our listing and embed them to our website and upload them to YouTube.

 The National Association of Realtors tells us that homes with virtual tours have a 62% greater chance of being viewed on line than those homes with out virtual tours.
