Getting Approved is Fast and Easy!

The process to get approved is easier than one might think.  Take the monthly gross income that you make.  This is the amount before taxes are taken out of your income.  Subtract your monthly payment obligations such as credit card payments, medical bills, student loans and car payments.  Don't include cell phone, electric bill, rent or current mortgage payment.  That money will be applied toward your new home.  After subtracting those amounts, multiply it by 30%.  This is the payment the mortgage company will allow for you to pay in a monthly mortgage payment. 

If you have a credit score of 620 or higher I can get you into a home for only $500 out of your pocket.  I have hundreds of homes available with sellers willing to pay your closing cost.
