The National Association of Realtors has posted that the deadline for the home buyer tax credit is November 30th, 2009.  This program allows first time buyers and people who have not purchased a home within the last three years to take advantage of this limited time opportunity.  The homes available for this program include HUD and FHA Foreclosures, Short Sales and any homes that fall under the FHA loan limit.
